How a shipment moves

Four steps, start to finish

The same sequence runs every time, so you always know where cargo stands.

01

Request & quote

Send cargo details and destination. We return a rate and schedule within one business day.

02

Documentation

Booking confirmation, packing list and customs paperwork are prepared before cargo reaches the port.

03

Loading & departure

Containers are loaded and sailing confirmed, with the vessel and ETA shared directly with you.

04

Customs & delivery

Clearance at destination is handled in-house, then cargo moves on to final delivery by road.

Before you book

Common questions

How far ahead should I book a container? +

For most lanes, 7–10 days ahead secures space and the rate you're quoted. Peak season lanes can need more lead time.

Can I track my shipment? +

Yes — you get the vessel name, booking number and ETA at departure, plus an update at each major milestone.

Do you handle both FCL and LCL? +

Both. Full container loads move direct; less-than-container loads are consolidated on scheduled sailings.

Is customs clearance included? +

It can be. Clearance is quoted alongside freight so there's a single cost and a single contact for the whole move.
